i miss my creativity

Do you ever feel that you’re rushing too much? That you’re spreading your time too thinly?

I’m missing NanoWrimo this year because I’m so busy with my studies. I’m just about managing to run but my writing is gone.

But today I had some spare time and I used it to work on a story that I wrote last year. And it was blissful, getting lost in a world that I created, hanging out with a character that I have loved before.

Oh, how I miss being creative. I just hope that time comes back one day, the time to swim in a story that is mine.

Much Love

When I run out of ideas, I go back and review posts in the past and update the content; and revise and/or add new pictures and such. I move them back to draft and republish. It can double my readership and comments.

A lot of my posts are also inspired by other posts and my replies to these posts.

I believe we are all creative but it is hidden in the subconscious mind. Don’t many of your dreams seem to be awash in creative images and such?

I imagine the creative time will return. For now, you’re dealing with objectives and deadlines and performance rubrics plus the expectations of others and your own. In the meantime, I hope the treats of creative time will continue to happen.
