Come in and close the door behind you,
Sit down and look at my serious face.
I’ll shuffle papers and look important
And then I’ll deliver the fatal blow:
You’re fired, you’re crap at your job,
Just give up Rachel, you’re quite the lost cause.
My boss came into my room and booked in a meeting with me tomorrow morning. My first words to her were “I’m not in trouble am I?”
I’ve spent all afternoon worrying about what this meeting could be about. I’ve always feared meetings with bosses, and she said it’s nothing to worry about, but I just can’t help it.
My mind runs through every bad thing I might have done and I was even hoping I might test positive so I don’t have to go in tomorrow.
We have two more weeks to go until half term and I am literally running on fumes. I’m look ing forward to that rest; I just hope that I actually make it there.
Wish me luck guys.
Much Love
Rachel xx
Christopher
Good luck, Rachel. I hope it’s a good meeting. It will be good, at least, to be on the other side of it.

I hope it all goes smoothly, Rachel. If she says it’s nothing to worry about, I hope you can take her at her word and not let anxiety get the better of you. Please let us know how it went!

I’m sending prayers, Rachel. Try not to worry too much before the meeting. I know that’s easier said than done!

Thank you. I’m trying so hard and I don’t want to be told that I need to leave when I have had so little feedback.
