I’m a space maaaaan
And I just wanna go home.
Come on guys, that one has to be a winner. The UK has had a notoriously bad run of Eurovisions over the past twenty years or so. It was always a bit of a joke that nobody could be so bad that they actually come out with nil points. But somehow, we have managed it several times.
However, this year we just saw Sam Ryder sing Space Man and I actually got some goosebumps. I think he has to at least get into the top ten, which is unheard of recently.
He does seem like such a nice guy, too. And that is hopefully translating into votes because everyone who interviews him seems to fall in love with him. That smile and long wavy locks are kind of hard to resist.
Now we all just need to sit and await the results. This is the point where I wish I could drink so that I could have a shot everytime I hear someone utter the words ‘nil pois’.
Much Love

Eurovision sure has caught hold of people’s fancy, hasn’t it, Rachel? I like it that it’s one of those ways we can come together, despite everything going on in the world right now…
